They peer through the tall grasses of the savanah. They swoop through the air, their calls echoing through the canyons. They dive deep into the vast oceans. They jump with seemingly true, joyous abandonment through the sea waves. They stalk through the deepest jungles. They wander through the forest and woods. They hold on to their survival in the harshest, coldest mountain ranges.
They are beautiful, majestic, wild, free ~ ~ and their greatest enemy is? Humankind.
These are the Endangered Wildlife of our planet. Creatures wonderously made. And without the intervention of the humans of this earth, far far too many will fade from our planet. Our children, our children's children may never see some of these awesome creatures except in pictures . . . for there may not be a live creature to be found on this place we all call home.
There are things in my life that I am passionate about. My Faith. My Family.
. . . and the wrongness of allowing such awesome creatures to disappear from the face of the planet.
I am realistic enough within my passion to realize that while one person can make a difference . . . many people make a bigger difference. It is my intention to bring to this site information that should make you think - should make you ask "why" - hopefully should encourage you to make a difference as well.
The endangered creatures of this world have only the voices of the humans to speak for them. While it is almost arrogance to believe we can save every single creature - we can save some, if we work together, if we use our voices on their behalf.
